For safety reasons, babies and young children cannot attend the main program. We recognize that many young families also hold leadership roles in their churches. While full childcare is not currently available, we offer a parent-child room for children up to 3 years, with video and audio transmission of the congress. Reserve your spot through the Children booking category. Spaces are limited, so booking must be done during congress registration. Important: A parent must be present to supervise their child. Two adults sharing childcare responsibilities receive a 25% discount each on their congress ticket. This discount is automatically applied in the cart for two tickets.

Dogs and other animals are unfortunately not allowed in the program.

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days after booking. After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the participant amount. This also applies to reservations. Registration can be transferred to another person at any time, free of charge.

All cancellations or transfers can be made easily online.

Tickets can be reserved at the regular price. If discounted-eligible participants are added later, we will refund the difference to the regular price. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days. Tickets can be transferred to another person at any time without cost. Names may be provided up until entry to the congress. Tickets are only emailed once personalized names are provided.

Explore a large exhibition area featuring a wide range of organizations, churches, associations, training centers, and companies, and make valuable connections.

For the first time in several years, the Leadership Congress will take place only at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund. There will be no satellite venues. For questions, contact: info@willowcreek.de

Unfortunately, we do not have a certificate allowing the congress to count as officially recognized educational leave. These certificates must be applied for per federal state and require the event to meet specific criteria. While we do not currently meet these criteria due to factors like music content or session timing, employers may still grant educational leave at their discretion. Participants can collect a participation certificate at the congress office to submit to their employer. This method has been successful in previous years.

Willow Creek congresses do not present a pre-packaged church model. Initially, the work of the Willow Creek community was showcased. Over time, the congress has evolved into a broad platform for encouragement and learning. Participants benefit from diverse insights from around the world, practical applications for their own church work, inspiring music, multimedia performances, and a rich exhibition.

The event is organized by "Willow Creek Deutschland e.V." and is the legal contact. The organizer is responsible for this page and its content.
