Awakening Music entstand aus dem Klang der tiefen Verehrung von Jesus in Stadien und einem Lebensstil der Anbetung in ganz Europa. Wir haben eine starke Leidenschaft für die Gegenwart Gottes und sehnen uns danach, Nationen durch tiefe Begegnungen in der Anbetung verändert zu sehen. Unsere Herzen brennen dafür, dass verlorene Seelen die Anbeter werden, die der Vater sucht, und dass Jesus alles erhält, dessen er würdig ist!
Ben Fitzgerald ist Leiter von Awakening Europe. Ursprünglich kommt er aus Australien, wo Jesus ihm zu einem Zeitpunkt begegnete, an dem er drogensüchtig war und sein Leben komplett am Boden zerstört vor ihm lag. Genau diese Begegnung wendete seine Einstellung zu seinem Leben komplett. Seit dieser Zeit lebt er leidenschaftlich dafür in verschiedene Länder zu reisen und von Jesus zu erzählen. Ben liebt es die Fülle Gottes im Charakter eines jeden Menschen, zum Vorschein zu bringen.
German-born singer Sofyka knows what she wants. At merely 22 years old, she has committed to a life in God’s hands, giving back to the community through her profound songs.
Inspired by artists like Bethel Music’s own Steffany Gretzinger, Hillsong, and even Miley Cyrus & Jon Bellion, she embarked on a journey to find the common ground between pouring out her soul and showing her love for God.
God’s call has taken her to California where she studies at Bethel Church and is part of the worship band.
Her sound is different. Young. Embracing. Berlin-based producer Leif Jørgensson has taken Sofyka’s piano demos to another level. The cool vibe of her unique songwriting pulsates in every beat, yet Sofyka manages to keep it casual and down to earth which gives her songs that deepness that makes us wanna press the repeat button right away.

Welcome to Awakening Europe! We are a team of passionate followers of God who come from different backgrounds, but have one thing in common - we are all radically changed by the love of Jesus. That is why our foundation is quite simple: We live in order to bring this love and power of Jesus in every nation to which God is calling us, and to give our lives to see how God will restore history for the better. Revelation 11:15 says: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.". This verse summarizes our heart's desire: We want to see how heaven touches the earth and human lives are changed in every nation. Our focus is not on self-expression but rather His presence. So much that we want to freely show the world the authentic nature of God. We want to see how many Christians can be empowered, equipped and ready! To achieve this, we work together with different churches and Christian ministries. We are a service that serves God and his community - his body. Our desire is to see the church experienced, healthy and dynamically passionate to comply with its largest order. We have a great passion for the Bible. We believe that the Bible is literally the Word of God, which leads us into a deeper, more intimate and experiential relationship with God. We believe in well-founded, Biblical teaching that encourages all Christians to know the Word of God and to align their beliefs to it.
