Lee and Cindi Whitman answered God's call and took the baton from RTF founders Chester and Betsy Kylstra in September 2015. They live in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Lee was a pastor for 6 years and a Christian counsellor for 18 years. Cindi was a homemaker and mother, also led several Bible study groups and was the women's ministry leader at a large church in Nashville.

Lee and Cindi have been married since 1979. They have three grown children, two beloved daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren. They long to see people experience the freedom and healing that Jesus died for. They want to see parents raise their children free from the burden of their past. RTF is life-changing and transforming for all who have experienced it!
