Bärbel Pfeiffer ist als Teil des pastoralen Teams der TOS Gemeinde Tübingen hauptverantwortlich für den Seelsorgedienst.
Gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann Frank leitet sie den Dienst unter Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen. Bärbel ist seit 1995 mit Frank verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder.
