2. Cat Timmons: Hey there! I'm Catherine but you can call me Cat. I grew up in "small town" Texas and although I had a great upbringing it was less than perfect. I grew up in church but didn't have a relationship with God or Jesus. When my parents divorced at the age of 15 my life definitely headed down a path that God would not be pleased with.
In 2014 I joined an incredible church and gave my life back to God. God used my pastors to instruct, equip and form me into the woman of God I am today. I was transformed in a way I didn't know was possible, but growing up there was something inside of me that longed for that very thing.
After looking back at what I longed for growing up and what I know now, I realized that God was present the entire time. That is how I became passionate about teaching people how to recognize God's voice and how to process the prophetic information they receive so they can understand their identity and purpose and live the life that God has designed for them. I teach people to recognize God's voice, create vision boards and process their prophetic words. When you can do these things you can begin stewarding all that God has for you and live the life you were intended to live!

5. Nicole Mouton: Born and raised in South Africa, my journey to becoming a yoga therapist began whilst working as a project manager in the Middle East, in a very high-intensity fast-paced environment. It was there, faced with a number of health challenges, that I discovered through movement and breath work peace for my anxiety, healing for my over-stressed body, and balance in my daily life. In the quiet I was able to hear God's voice more clearly. Now years later, I enjoy paying it forward by helping others experience the same healing benefits of yoga for the mind, body, and soul.
I specialize in working with people dealing with a variety of issues, including burnout, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, and depression. I work 1-on-1 in Therapeutic sessions as well as, Trauma Sensitive sessions helping others restore a sense of calm and balance to their daily lives, as well as improve their overall health -- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
