Benjamin Berger grew up in a Jewish Orthodox family that emigrated to the United States because of the Holocaust. Together with his brother Ruben, he leads a congregation at the historic Christ Church in Jerusalem and is a leader in the Towards Jerusalem Council II movement. His gift of interpreting the Bible in large contexts and his grasp of its prophetic dimension make him an internationally sought-after speaker.
