Since 2008 I have worked as a Communication Advisor and have been involved with global change projects developing and implementing professional change communication concept that supports a project from A to Z. My focus as an advisor is to facilitate a process that constantly has the need of the end user in mind. To use a language and methods that touches the minds and hearts of people.
