Flexible payment as needed
Many ticket portals handle events in a way so that the disbursement of revenues is done on the day of the event or afterwards. With us, you can always ask for your payment in a flexible way. Need money in the meantime to settle costs incurred or invoices? We provide you with a credit for the recent sales and transfer the money within one business day to your account.

Simple accounting for your organisation
To tax everything correctly, you need to create an invoice for each order and enter everything correctly. That takes a lot of effort and often requires a high costing accountant. With cvents® this is omitted, because you get finished credit notes with correctly accounted VAT from us. So you have only a few bills instead of many individual bills.

Various categories & seat reservation
No matter whether you have one or ten different price classes, are planning a tour with different locations and categories or need a hall plan with seat reservation - at cvents® anything is possible. If you need a seat reservation, please contact us to clarify all the details (this may include low fees).

Continuous & secure payment
In order to make our customers' shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible, we rely on popular and secure payment options such as PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, invoicing and payment.

Ticket delivery by post or as a PDF by e-mail
Customers receive PDF tickets by email to print out. Alternatively, the customer can also have the tickets printed out and sent by mail. On each PDF ticket there is a QR code that can be scanned by you at the event entrance with any smartphone. There are no additional costs for the event organizer for this.

Accounting & dunning
It's only human, if someone forgets times to pay for their tickets. We advice the customer in a friendly way and remind them to pay on time. You as an organiser save yourself a lot of time and trouble, because you do not have to worry about these things.

Sending newsletters to more than 110,000 recipients
We regularly (about every 3-4 weeks) send out a newsletter to about 110,000 recipients to inform them about current events. Your event will automatically be advertised in our newsletters until the day of the event. We also inform our Facebook, Instagram & Twitter followers as soon as we put your event online and keep reminding them about the event until the sale phase is over. You can reach over 90,000 potential customers through cvents® for your event.

Since 2006, our goal is to give you, as an organiser, the possibility to offer tickets for sale in a simple, quick way without risk. Therefore, we refrain from the outset any fees by the organisers and propose only a booking fee for your ticket price which is carried by the ticket buyers.

We get this question again and again from organizers. However, there can of course be no blanket answer because of the success of an event is always dependent on many factors. If there are, for example, other events in your area or large-scale events held in Germany. Have you pointed out to your audience that you can buy tickets for the events at cvents®? Does the booking price significantly vary from the box office or is it easier for the customer to buy the tickets at the box office? Are the artists known? Which day of the week is it, is it at a suitable time? Etc.

We use all our powers to make your event as successful as possible - but you can see for yourself that it is dependent on many things, such as the sale will turn out in the end.

If an event is postponed to a new location or a new date, we inform all clients and send the new information via E-mail. If customers cancel the order due to the installation, we will refund the ticket price. This service is free for you as an organizer.

If an event is canceled, we inform all clients and refund the ticket price. In this case we have to charge a fee in the amount of €1.00 per order.

Of course. Our only goal is to help you as an organiser, to reach more people for your event. That is why we never raise the right as an exclusive seller to work for you.

The customer immediately receives, after her/his payment, a link to the ticket download. So PDF tickets can be sold until shortly before the event's start.
